The last skiers are enjoying the warm and sunny days in the snow on the Alpe di Siusi, while in the valley everything is preparing for summer.
As the days get longer and warmer, all the animals are looking forward to spring on our farm. Especially our horses get spring fever and want to get out in nature and be active.
With the Easter season, the riding season begins again with riding lessons, making Easter nests yourself and searching them afterwards together with our ponies.
The cows are already pasturing on our alp meanwhile, the calves are born. Some of you might be lucky enough to be there and see this wonder happening.
If you wish, we will show you how to manage the alpine pastures: get the cows from the pasture, milk them, feed the calves, bring in hay and much more. Taking care of the animals determines our daily routine and there is always plenty of work to do.
On our farm, many animals are waiting to be cuddled. The children love this while the parents can choose a cosy spot to sunbathe, read a book and relax.
Hikes in the holiday region Alpe di Siusi bring lots of fun and variety.
Autumn is the most peaceful time of the year. Perfect to let your soul wander and enjoy the splendour of nature’s colours.
In our holiday region, many farms offer the famous South Tyrolean Törggelen. The best is to start a pleasant hike and stop at one of the farms. Enjoy the delicious South Tyrolean cuisine with fresh wine, chestnuts, doughnuts and of course South Tyrolean hospitality.
At our riding farm, we offer riding lessons, guided rides, fun and play with the horses at the farm’s own adventure riding arena.
The ski season on the Alpe di Siusi begins every year on the first weekend in December when the landscape presents itself in a white glittering dress.
It gets quieter at the farm and we enjoy the time. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski tours, sleigh rides or hiking on the Alpe di Siusi and afterwards relaxing on the farm in the cosy infrared sauna.
