	Holiday apartment “Spitzbühl” on the ground floor, 60 m², 4 persons, 2 double rooms(one with baldachin, bath/shower/toilet/bidet, 1 living room, TV, kitchen, balcony

Our prices are to be understood per day and apartment if you stay for 4 days minimum,

for each apartment there are one or two additional beds possible,
linen, towels, kitchenware are available and can be changed on request for free,
for the young children we offer the complete equipment such are children’s seat, cot, pram, baby’s changing unit, baby phone for free,
on the day of arrival you can get into the flat from 2.30 p. m.,
on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave until 9.30 a. m.,
In the large flat one or two additional beds are possible, the price remains the same; in the small apartments an extra charge of € 10,00 is invoiced.

Driving permission: There is no doubt that you can drive without any time restriction. The local authorities enacted a law for the protection of Alpe di Siusi which says that just limited traffic is allowed, but guests who live at Alpe di Siusi will get a driving permission at the information office at the roundabout approximately 2.5 kilometres from Siusi. If the office is closed or if it is very busy you can pass and you will get the driving permission from us
